Network Administrator – 1st Level Support

Job description

  • Responsibility for 1st line support of LAN networks spread across EMEA
  • Communication with customers: 1st point of contact for/with the customers
  • Close cooperation and communication with senior technical teams (opportunity to learn new things)
  • Monitoring networks to ensure security and availability to specific users

Requirements

  • At least basic knowledge of IP Networks (LAN, WAN, Security, Internet) with willingness to improve a knowledge
  • CCNA is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English (written, spoken, reading and technical)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Willingness to work on shifts
  • Global customer mindset, flexibility and teamwork oriented
