1. Responsibility for Project management office
- Creating project reports
- Supporting resource planning process
- Supporting project management methodology
- Participating in creating new strategies of Project Management Office
- Project support activities for Senior IT Project Manager in the delivery of complex projects
2. Assistance in projects - according to specific project needs, e.g.:
- Responsibilities for small projects and delegated tasks regarding Communication to the customer. Administrative sork needed for projects (maintaining excel tables, project reports, creating projects plans, meeting minutes,…)
- Administrative work needed for projects (maintaining excel tables, creating project plans, etc.)
Candidates with education suit the position
Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Motivation and strong personal attitude – highly developed negotiation skills, clear and assertive communication, ability to represent the company in professional manner
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Broad overall knowledge in IT
- Ability to work with MS Excel
- English is a must
